At Happy Pets, we want you to feel safe and confident when you shop with us. Every product we sell is made to bring comfort, joy, and care to your pets, and we do our best to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.

Please read our Refund Policy below:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not accept refunds or exchanges.
This is because many of our items are pet-related and must stay clean, unused, and safe.
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be reversed.

However, your happiness is very important to us, so if anything is wrong with your order, please contact us right away and we will look into it carefully.

2. Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will do our best to fix the issue and make sure you are happy.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or wrong item

  • A short description of the issue

We will review it and help you as fast as we can.

3. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you made a mistake with your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will try our best to accommodate the change.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processing and cannot be changed.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because of hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet items

  • Used or tested items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Any item that is not in brand new condition

5. Late or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or missing:

  • First check your tracking link

  • Confirm your delivery address

  • Ask neighbors or your local post office

If you still cannot find your package, contact us so we can help you follow up with the shipping carrier.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
