Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are handling a high number of orders, your shipment may take a little longer. Please allow extra time for delivery if this happens. If there will be any serious delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time Shipping charges for your order will be shown at checkout. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Sometimes delays can happen, but we always do our best to deliver on time.
Shipment Address Happy Pets ships to all locations we support on our store. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order to avoid delays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours so you can follow your package.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Happy Pets is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or extra charges added to your order during shipping. Any fees added after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages Happy Pets is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged products before filing your claim.
International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside our supported regions listed on the website.
Returns Policy We accept returns only when there is an issue with your order. If you receive a wrong item, damaged item or something not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
